• Perform SEO analysis and generate reports for your website

All stored data is accessible through your account dashboard and can be exported or deleted upon request.

TopLinQ relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing data under their own Privacy Policy. We never store your full card details.
• Anthropic: AI content generation. Website data you submit may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate SEO content and recommendations.
• Google APIs: When you connect Google Analytics, we access your data through Google's official APIs, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

TopLinQ uses cookies strictly for essential functionality:

• Authentication cookies: To keep you logged in securely during your session
• Preference cookies: To remember your settings, such as your chosen display theme

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for 30 days following account deletion, to allow for recovery in case of accidental deletion.

After the 30-day grace period, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. If you want a copy of your data before deletion, please request an export before closing your account.

Some data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics and service improvement purposes indefinitely.

We take the security of your data seriously. Our security measures include:

TopLinQ is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
